Zynda Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available for orders that are not delivered, are damaged upon arrival, or do not match the product description.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Proof of the issue (photos, videos, or documentation) may be required to process the refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Log in to your Zynda account and navigate to Orders.

• Select the order in question and click Open Dispute / Request Refund.

• Provide details and any supporting evidence for your claim.

Refund Process

• Zynda will review your request and coordinate with the vendor to resolve the issue.

• Refunds may be issued via the original payment method once the claim is approved.

• Processing time for refunds typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Partial or Denied Refunds

• In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product is partially damaged or the issue does not qualify for a full refund.

• Refunds may be denied if evidence does not support the claim or if the request is submitted outside the eligible period.

Order Protection

• Zynda’s Trade Assurance ensures that your payment is protected until you confirm that the order has been received as described.

• If the order fails to meet the agreed terms, Zynda will step in to mediate and ensure fair resolution.
